Shipping Policy

Delivery Time
When you place an order at buybarnacles.com, we will attempt to expedite shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items. Order processing and shipping dates will appear in the email order notifications you receive. Once you've placed your order, you will be able to see both shipping and delivery status in the relevant order summary in your account. Most orders made on business days (M-F) will ship within 24 hours, with the exception of custom orders which may take up to a week to process before being shipped. We will not make shipments on major holidays. Orders will ship via United States Postal Service First Class Mail with delivery to most US locations in 2 to 3 days, and International locations in 6-10 business days.

Calculating Cost
Shipping costs for orders from buybarnacles.com are as follows: Domestic $3.99; Mexico/Canada $12.50; All other countries $14.50. In the event that an order is particularly large and the package will exceed standard size, we may need to contact you after you place your order to adjust the shipping charges. Customers who anticipate making very large orders may wish to contact us directly via email at customerservice@buybarnacles.com prior to placing their order online.

Returns Policy
You may return most items sold by buybarnacles.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
-Any item that has been opened (taken out of its packaging or plastic wrap).
-Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
